Working Holiday Visa

Visitors of non-Australians, who want to enjoy their holidays and work either fund their trip or gather experience to get a better chance in their profession by the special visa provided by the ministry of immigration of Australia. This kind of visa is called the holiday visa 417. The visa applies to individuals who want to spend vacation time in Australia and work under an Australian company during their stay. Unlike other visas, this one has an age limit, which can change depending on the country.

This kind of visa (Subclass 417) can be applied by the applicant up to 3 times, after another. This Visa 417 will be endowed if the entire document is in place. Yet this does not allow for continuous work under one employer, the applicant has to work under 2 employers for 6 months.

  • Have a valid passport from the country involved in the Working Holiday Program with Australia.
  • Your age should be 18 to 30. and for the countries like Canadian, French, and Irish citizens, the age limit will be 18 to 35.
  • You can apply for the second working Holiday Visa once you meet certain eligibility criteria.

Second Working Holiday Visa

This Visa will be issued to the people who currently have the First Working Holiday Visa or who had it already.

For this too there are a few requirements, they are as follows

  • Should comply with all the conditions on your First Working Holiday Visa.
  • Should not have held with more than one working holiday.
  • The applicant should be within the age limit of 18 to 30 and the countries like Canada, France, and Ireland can have a maximum age limit of up to 18 to 35.
  • The applicant has to complete the 3 months of specified work in regional Australia While working on your First Working Holiday Visa.
  • If the applicant is in Australia, you must hold a substantive visa or your last substantive visa expired less than 28 days ago.
  • The applicant can apply for the Third Working Holiday Visa if he meets certain eligibility criteria.

Third Working Holiday Visa

This kind of Visa; will be issued to the applicant who currently has the Second working Visa or already held it.

There are some provisions to be followed. They are as follows

  • The eligibility is previously held 2 subclasses 417 visas in Australia. If you haven't, see the first Working Holiday visa or second Working Holiday visa.
  • The candidate should have aged between 18 to 30, and for some countries like Canada, France, and Ireland, the age limit will be 18 to 35.
  • The candidate should have a passport from the eligible country.
  • If you are in Australia, you must hold a substantive visa or your last substantive visa expired less than 28 days ago.
  • If the applicant is in Australia, you must hold a substantive visa or your last substantive visa expired less than 28 days ago.
  • The applicant can apply for the Third Working Holiday Visa if he meets certain eligibility criteria.
